Pricing & Estimates

All quotes are initial estimates. Prices are subject to change at any time up to the completion of service if the home’s condition or the project scope differs from the original request.

The cost of all extra or specialized materials and equipment required for a specific task will be added to your final invoice.

If you choose for us to use your personal vacuum and/or personal solutions, a $5–$25 credit will be applied to your payment.

Transparency Policy

You will be notified ahead of time for approval regarding any price changes due to specialized equipment or needs.

Cancellations & Access

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or lock-outs are subject to a $50 fee. For staff safety in the Las Vegas heat, homes must be climate-controlled with a maximum of 78°F during service.
