Pricing & Estimates

All quotes are initial estimates. Prices are subject to change at any time up to the completion of service if the home’s condition or the project scope differs from the original request.

The cost of all extra or specialized materials and equipment required for a specific task will be added to your final invoice.

If you choose for us to use your personal vacuum and/or personal solutions, a $5–$25 credit will be applied to your payment.

You will be notified ahead of time for approval regarding any price changes due to specialized equipment or needs.

Deposit & Payment Terms

To secure your scheduled cleaning appointment, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward the total cost of your service.

The remaining 80% balance is due immediately upon the completion of the cleaning service. We reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card on file for the remaining balance once the service is complete.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and reserve a specific time slot exclusively for your home or business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice: Your 20% deposit can be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled booking date.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or lockouts): The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover the cost of lost time and scheduling disruptions.
